How ABYZOR MIDI works
Where the MIDI comes from
Every clip in the library is generated offline by the ABYZOR Variations engine (the same code as the plugin) through the ABYZOR MIDI Foundry, a batch tool that replays the engine without its interface. Each file can be regenerated byte for byte from its recipe.
How we check it
Every clip passes hard gates (valid MIDI, in key, harmony against the chords, register, overlaps, silences, repetition) and a 0–100 musical score; near-duplicates are removed. Only gold-tier clips (score 85+) enter the library. On import we re-read every file and verify its tempo, key signature, time signature, note count and length against what the engine reported.
Genres marked “Engine” are the 41 the engine generates and that passed these automated gates in our last measured validation run (“midi-pilot”). Automated checks are not a substitute for ears: tell us when something sounds wrong. Genres without the badge are in the taxonomy for future community content and are never presented as engine-generated.
What you may do with it
Engine-made clips are free to use inside your own music, commercial releases included, and you may edit them freely. Please do not resell or redistribute the MIDI files themselves, for example as sample packs, and do not use them to train or evaluate AI or machine-learning models.
